@bv we spend a fu-k ton of time in meetings, period. No joke, I have 15-20 hours of meetings per week. Looking at my coworkers, they have a similar amount or more. It's insane. At my last company, we were organized in more of an asset class was instead of a factory way and people left us the fu-k alone to do our damn jobs.
