I am expecting a 2 rating in Feb due to a verbal warning. Will I get a bonus this year ?

Likely not. Range is 0-70% of your bonus target for a 2. Typically verbal warning will not pay anything.
Twos in my department are getting zero.
You could with a verbal warning...it depends on what the verbal warning was for...
typically you are not eligible for a bonus if you are on warning. not sure if that means verbal vs. written. i’d ask my manager so there are no surprises.

I think those are guidelines and not concrete but I could’ve been duped. I got a 4/4 once and got 103% of my bonus. I brought that chart to my manager that shows all of the bonus buckets and he said he thinks that’s old and there’s no predetermined percentages.
If you get a 2 rating you would get up to 80% of your bonus. A 3 would be between 80% and 130%
You shouldn’t.
And next year 2 will be the current 3. The impossible 5 will now be an impossible 4.
Depends which area you're in, but probably not.
