SLT is detached from its workforce. I think they need to move closer to them. Elon sleeps in his factory. Gail should sleep in her call center in the Philippines.

Or, since massive savings can supposedly be found from moving work roles offshore, perhaps we should hire new a new SLT in India and the Philippines. We could pay a new CEO $2 million -- bo-m, instant savings of $20 million. Sure, they wouldn't know how to run the business, but evidence indicates that'd be a wash.
