That would finally push me out. I know it would be really bad for a lot of people, but in my case it would be very helpful in finally making a decision to part ways with this awful bank.

If you want to fully RTO then just come in and work from the office days a week OP. You sound a bit pathetic.
Or how about you just quit instead of saying things that will make it more miserable for the rest of us?!
Please just quit. Don't say you'd rather be back 5 days a week to force you to do it. Just leave.
Sincerely - the rest of us that want to be left alone because 3 days a week is bad enough STOP IT
They really mean it this time
“If I have to go to work, I’ll quit.” Sound strategy there. Truth is, you won’t quit. You’ll come back here complaining about how awful it is that you have to work and how terrible the coffee is in the office. Just quit if you’re so miserable.
I do agree, it would be a lot easier then guessing on the requirements for hybird.
So you're incapable of making your own decision to find another job, and need your current employer to make it for you or make your life so miserable that you feel like you have no choice? Wow, rather pathetic. Being a professional victim will not get you anywhere good in life.
@a5+1jhdtfc4b Sooooo......... Does that mean those not under Gunjans line will not likely be forced to????
You a re sick in the head. Just quit already and stop creating more drama.
Cecerre will not implement 5 day a week RTO, however, Gunjan probably already has the date penciled in, as remaining offices and offices consolidated need to go through the HUB process to make sure there are physically adequate seats to hold employees 5 days a week. Cities remaining to be put in HUB status are still shedding space and employees and will likely be faced with insufficient space concerns come April given the high real estate costs that can't simply be tossed overboard like people and severance. The 5 day a week obligation will further separate people from the company, interesting strategy, not optimistic for the successful long term impact for the company y.
Never quit. Let them lay you off with severance. Worst case scenario is a PIP and then firing ... which buys you time and forces them to spend their resources.
Why don't you just quit now.
