Whatever the “anonymous” email box is it will still be opened by an HR rep who was a Starbucks barista 4 months ago. It means nothing to Lumen which is evident in their meaning less Glassdoor responses.

Agreed, sad thing is they will never see your post. The only person from Lumen who will see this is some Jr. HR admin responsible for checking external sites. They won’t tell anyone, head in sand. Lumen’s poor handling of the RIF and expectations of how this will “help” has left a large group of RIF’d and current employees felling anxious, vulnerable depressed, exact opposite of what Lumen committed they would follow as part of Dare to Lead. Hypocrites.
