Kiss any hope of a bonus or raise goodbye for this year, next year, and beyond. I've noted multiple smart engineers I know have left the company in the last 6 months. There will be endless hopium, but If you hear anything that sounds like we are not "out of the woods yet" you it's code for layoff. Keep hope alive!
