Bring it on….. it’s about time the truth came out about “paying” claims, untied and Elevance
SLT should ask SPARK if robbing members, employees and providers is still a good business model. I wonder if Vanguard thinks this is a sustainable business model. Maybe we should ask them.
It’s interesting how they always fall back on, we pay xx% of claims. The true problem is not the claim denial, it’s the auth denial. At least with a claim denial the member got the care. I personally know in my life people who have died while waiting for their authorizations to be approved or auth denials to be overturned.
