Somewhere in the range of 100-110%, but it will be made clear to us that the Board agreed to a significant upward discretionary adjustment to get there.

VCIP will be the day that never comes. You’ll have to wait until 2/2026. COP 2/2025 VCIP will go to putting in rainbow exterior lighting all the floors on the heritage building.

Based on performance, it should be 60% of target.

Based on the drop in 401k match and the “Meh” raise, I don’t anticipate anything over 120% and wouldn’t be surprised by less with the usual excuses. I mean forget the record production and all.

Well one benefit is the greed of the ELT. Which means they will spin a bullsh-t story to end up over 120%. Next year will be different and Houston will get the highest VCIP due to corporate greed.

I’ve heard 110% as well. When you buy an average target (and not a cent more) paying company there’s a good chance they carry forward Marathon’s 2024 funding.

121% - pull out a slightly higher number out of the hat due to all the hoopla going on and potentially try to salvage some motivation for the year.

111%, I'm more curious about the restructure of it.
