Consent Order - impacting staffing?

Has anyone heard if they will be getting rid of any of the consent order problem causers? I guess some are gone but it feels like major changes are needed. Any talks about hiring requirements coming out of consent order? It might be still too early since thinking they are still in the response period.

I am in bank omni and can confirm that reps are leaving in droves. I am one of them. Headed to another area and could not be happier.

I would say the causers are the leaders that haven’t been listening to feedback. There are too many people stuck on the way things have been done before. Those ways don’t work with being compliant.

Who are the " consent order problem causers?". I was not aware that only certain individuals caused the rampant and overwhelming issues impacting USAA. This is a USAA community problem.

Why laid off bank employees would return when they are making more in new jobs while rising their juicy severance 😂

Also, continuing on this, backfilling isn’t happening. There are teams in Bank that won’t get backfilled and are down to 2 people + a director doing the IC work because of the refusal to hire in Bank.

With people fleeing ship from bank, teams are under pressure to do the work of 10+ team members.

Since Fraud was on the CO, there’s been insane levels of hiring there, meaning that other bank employees have been laid off to do that.

Bank in general is a mess with a lot of people fleeing internally to Fraud or other areas.

The Fraud org structure is one that has never been seen at a healthy company - it’s incredibly top heavy with almost every IC being a Senior or Lead. The leadership is all over the place and as someone who partners with Fraud, not even the people working there know what’s going on.

I do know that they keep running around in circles regarding project deadlines and aren’t able to get the most minor thing done. The leads I meet with are stressed out since the leadership is being outsourced to them by leadership.

All in all, I’m only in Bank because of the severance package. But it’s a lot of busy work that means nothing while leadership panics or congratulates themselves for more gaslighting

People who were lifelong USAA employees are leaving, including good friends of mine, so I’m slowly looking at other opportunities since that’s unnerving
