For 2025, we got 2 wellness days just like 2024. I suggest you all use them all first instead of using PTO. You never know you get let go and end up losing free 2 days off. Let burden fall on your manager's shoulder while you're gone.

Hate to break it to you. Unless you live in certain states you don’t get paid out on your PTO if you’re rifd. Take time off regularly and don’t let a bunch of PTO build.
