Do we know if part time employees get paid if the store is closed due to weather?

If you go to work and the store closes early you will get paid for the entire day.If the store is closed,they make you use pto time.Thats what they do at my store.
They canceled tonight's inventory and they already took hours off my pto.
I think if we are scheduled to work that day and the store is closed due to weather then we are supposed to be paid for our shift.
Also, If we are at work and the store closes early then we are supposed to be paid for the remainder of our shift.
This was the policy when I started there several years ago so I’m not sure if this is still valid. Things tend to change at Belk with no communication.
No one gets paid full time or part time but you can use pto time
