You can call off every other day and still not get fired. Mondelez won't get rid of anyone unless they're laying people off.
They absolutely ruined things!! They can’t acquire good talent anymore, they hire anyone with a pulse! You can lie, cheat and steal and they don’t care!
He’s right. Greed is one thing. Lack of talent and direction from HR to promote individuals with a lack of “any know how” is another. Mondelez Upper mgmt. has been a wrecking ball. Instilling a culture of promotability based on DEI tactics. It’s insulting and has become a toxic culture. Company is going down due to all the above. If they were smart they would scrap the top 5% of mgmt. and start over. Integrity, accountability and good work ethic are the only competencies which matter. Currently, we have none. Do yourself a favor….move on!
Greed ruined it. This company is more profitable than ever but continues to try and cut labor costs making work conditions horrendous for its employees.
