Disappointed to find out that we are losing our recruiter/tap. Seems like we finally had a good one..... I have had the worst time trying to get ahold of my new tap. They wont respond to me and I've been trying to reach them for days. They haven't reached out to me yet to introduce themselves. I had to find out their name through my old recruiter. Is anyone else having this issue? Did they just assign all of the worst recruiters to the HLE's? Makes me worried to stay with the company. Seems like if HLE doesn't turn around we are gonna be gone.

The entire HR department is a disaster
That departments leadership is a joke. The taps direct managers and the Directors are so incompetent. Not sure why nothing has been done about it yet. Eric can't be that blind.
I just found out my TAP went to off AP and I'm sorry but I couldn't be more happy. I'm sorry for the off AP team. My old TAP was a nightmare. Their leader always said they would "assist" but it was all for show. They never did anything. It's been less than a week and I have gotten more communication from my new TAP than I ever received from my old one. Also my advice is move to AP as soon as possible. It's different but better job security.
HLE is the unwanted step child of Hertz. They tries selling it off but no takers. Good luck with your recruiter its a revolving door
