Bonus results come out with raise results on 15th February and your supervisor has until the end of Feb to share them with you. As others have said, the Corporate Factor will be announced before then.

CIP number used to come out during SETH but last few years MW has sent an email towards the end of the week of the week prior to SETH. So knowing SETH is Feb 12th, I'd estimate CIP email (or link to yet another awful vlog) will be out by February 7th. Data shows that Thursday is the day a Chevron employee is most likely to read an email or look at a workplace post, so I'll guess Thursday Feb 6th announcement.

That’s one of the surprises to reduce structural cost: no more CIP. Also, no more match on ESIP. Should help increase those EOI numbers.
