I’m new to the Bank (joined mid last year) and not a manager. What does the comp process look like behind the scenes? What’s the timeline like?

I already found out my raise and bonus. Good news it's well into 6 figures. Bad news it's in rupees.
Managers finalize merit (and bonus as applicable) recommendations this week. Communicating the amounts 2/12-2/20, and raises effective 2/23.
Your manager will reach out to you towards the beginning of February to set up a meeting to go over your raise/comp/bonus. You’ll see it reflected on your check typically by the end of February.
