Looks like the company is about to do another round of layoffs. Maybe get rid of the excess managers who like to micro manage!

Not heard of anything in SMBC yet, however Mark likes to follow the trend and other big tech companies have started their 5% - Plus you know Mark he will say its due to AI or some other BS, not that he is a poor CEO/CTO

anyone know if Paul Rodgers is still around? he's not on the leadership page anymore. I thought he was the last MF exec left.

past tips/posts on layoffs are solid however the timing is not always correct but usually happen within a reasonable time after the post
There were a lot of layoffs. OT just will not broadcast them because they would have to admit management is making bad decisions.
