Listening to this GB Execution Town Hall. They are talking about this acquisition and how amazingly ranked this IU health plan is. But merging with EH is a bad idea. The rating will go down. They will regret this.

That's the way Elevance grows. We acquire other companies and then shed that membership over time as we cannot provide satisfactory customer service. Rinse and repeat.
