Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

nxtgen or lastgen

What has been your experience with the nxtgen RUSA?

I have found it to be poorly executed on the front end for users. Trainings were more theoretical and didn't give level of detail that is needed to accomplish day-to-day tasks. Now in this live state, I don't know how to transact on day 1. Maybe I will reply back on day 10 and let you know how it is going.

And did you here how much we spent on this garbage in the town hall? Anyone associated with project should be first up when the competitive edge starts cutting.

It amazes me that it doesn't even show, under basic data, a well name for invoice approvers. You have to hunt it down with about 5 clicks.

Its a tu-d in the punchbowl. I expect it to get better, but start to the year has been rough so far. People don't know what to do or who to turn to. Much is ambiguous

It’s exactly what I expected. Please align your expectations with the reality of below mediocrity.

The new GEP system has been a total cluster. Not even the supply chain people know how to use it.

There is a lack of support and folks don't know who to turn to. IT tickets are slow and provide poor responses.
