I understand this is a layoff site. I was a 30+ Allstate employee. When this tragic event happened, I understood the critical role Allstate had to respond and handle in a caring and right way. Did I have confidence, I hoped. It was like every other Allstate communication. A lot of NOTHING. It makes me sad but reminds me why I do not look back. I take pride in the work my team did but sad that a company that can be so much better in their communication to employees and public is so out of touch.

I was there 16 years and wasn’t at all shocked at the out of touch, ridiculous statement he made. There were numerous examples similar to that throughout my time that made us all wonder how this huge company could possibly be led so poorly.
TW. A former Sears salesmen who is barely sober. What do you expect? My expectations of TW has always been very low?
I'm sure he and the rest of the people mired in DEI nonsense are shocked that they got backlash from a statement that was designed to be as vanilla and inoffensive to everyone, especially the te------ts. I guess you become out touch when you're used to lecturing the fawning, clapping seals at townhalls.
TW and his minions are absolutely brainwashed. They have been for over 30 years. This is a toxic place so much so that the toxicity is leaking out into the stratosphere and we’ve made national news due to our incompetence with understanding and compassion. I hope they make some big layoffs this year. The staff is withering on the vine due to their toxicity. TW needs to go first.
Again, Allstate living in their own “little” world with their very isolated perspectives. It is amazing to me it still goes on and TW comments prove that.
