Hearing chatters amongst leadership about a big wave in March. Anybody know? Any managers found any conversations connecting to layoffs?

Why are they mysterious? Did they change the terms from last year?

I read somewhere on this thread there will be layoffs January and feb as well. Can someone confirm?

Cigna wants to reduce expenses and "improve the health of it's members" (i mean increase profit at all cost). This is no longer a safe place to work. GET OUT!
Going forward, there will be layoffs every month! This company is ruined.
