Now that we are on the other side of close it's super obvious the IMO was doing nothing to actually plan for integration. People, budget, operations, you name it and there is no guidance or idea. It's great to see all these high potential managers assigned to the team clearly aren't good for actually doing anything.

I was on the MRO side. No one on the COP side asked questions, got info from us, wanted anything to do with what we had to say or offer. Best of luck!
