In the new year, work your fingers to the bone, forfeit your friend and family relationships and your health for the 1 percent merit raise (if you are lucky) I will provide whilst I and the other Executives take our normal millions in salary, bonuses and stock. It is all in the name of providing for the Health of Humanity. And for ye poor peasants that we decide to toss to the street in 2025, just know you are sacrificing for us millionaire Execs so that we may have more.... Happy New Year, 2025!!!

You need to all stop drinking the kool-aid and sacrificing your family and friends for……a job? You are done at 5pm. If there is too much work, then boundaries baby, and they will need to figure it out. I’ve been here 10 years and I’ve never sacrificed any part of my life for the company. Corporate culture is no one is safe and the sooner everyone recognizes that, the sooner you’ll have peace.

And remember, despite your zero, one and two percent raises during 8 percent inflation years, you are 100 percent obligated to this company and per our 'culture rules' are not allowed to have a second job off-hours to keep food on your family's table and a roof over your heads!!! Only the Staff VPs and above are allowed to have additional forms of income, some by unethical means.....
