Gotta watch that bottom line. The shareholders are upset about wages going up. Time to reduce the headcount to break even.

NS is a transportation company, not a welfare company and not an entitlement program. The shareholders are what matters, if you haven’t left yet, you probably won’t.

14 % up front is less than soc sec recipients get for 2022 & 2023 cola. 5.9 & 8.7 %. And we have not had a raise in 5 years.
