Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

I keep hearing Corporate First, Corporate first as the new bs phase for cost cutting. But we are seeing our low cost centers adopting a globally but inadequate process whereby we are not paying vendors or partners,we had to shutdown the refinery because we didn’t pay our water bill, shutdown the HQ wifi because we didn’t pay the bill, we are paying more because vendors add in the inefficient process of EM. We have no clarity on what we are spending as our new processes are years away… we may have the right answer for Corp but not the right answer for the business
