Stopping guessing. Just assume you will get impacted. It’s not end of world. Take a break, then start hurting for a new job. People change their jobs all the time.
True that Intel should let us know ASAP. But the reality is HR is not doing its job well, we need to accept it and move on with our lives. Do not punish ourselves with HR’s misbehavior.

Either way this place is a crazy train. All year we have been hiring like mad. You can’t tell me it JUST occurred to these “leaders” that we need to cut. This place in insane, at this point waiting for the exit door to open so I can get off this choo choo to crazy town. Good luck with off shoring everything but the buildings themselves. I’ll watch from a good distance.
