Union

With talks of layoffs and cuts, we need to unionize.

Many crown corps and government offices have unions, and the pay and job security are decent. This includes office workers (CL25 and below).

not sure what that one guy was saying abiut wage people. there is almost no union wage people across country and we still get what we want. Without the union dues needed lol. good luck

Wage people at sites have a Union and they get whatever they want every year.

You see a difference between what you described as crown corps and government jobs? This is a private company that is publicly traded, the last thing they want is a union.
And CL25s will never be unionized as that is typically the initial CL for supervision. Keep dreaming.
