Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Talks are back on

Noticed town hall and other meetings are back on.

Now that the pay raise has been put on hold they think they don't need to talk about pay and can talk about other things.

Pay can't and won't go away, people will keep raising it.

No doubt we won't hear from Mike Salvino whose getting paid handsomely but we don't hear anything from him.

EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE, ask in the Townhall about when we are getting our merit increases. That will drive Mr Shoutly up a wall :)

"Once margins improve"- Basically never, then. Because nothing on the ground suggests that margins will improve ever again
If you believe in Mike, I have a bridge I would like to sell to you. Ping me , and we can discuss it together !!

@1fdp+1jgR1JXy Been there, done that. HR really don't understand that majority of staff are only interested in FPR because of the score at the end used influence your reward.
When there is no reward, FPR becomes pointless.
HR do not believe this and get very offended if you say otherwise.
There's no point arguing with them.

But can you all please attend your mid year reviews to ensure you get allocated your raise for next year !! Yeah F*ck Right Off

LOL, I heard of someone who responded to the HR VP's email about mid-year reviews. The employee's reply was "POINTLESS". The VP got p1ssy and wanted only "professional" comments. So how "professional" are these C-level assh0les who take huge raises and we get fvcked year after year?

Bet they won't answer any questions, especially difficult ones like:

"When are you going to stop laying people off?"

"When are you going to start paying people properly?"

"When are you going to start looking at long term success instead of short term financial results?"

No - those are way to hard for Shouty to answer.

More talks - like in 2017 and pre-DXC days (2006) were often town hall talks about further WFR.

And when upper Management received a 32% compensation increase between 2020 and 2022. Check the financial fillings to wall street. Plan as day.
