I used to work for deployment team for Tmobile, I know how network design team works, and how bad we launch the product, ignore the email, never give input on deployment/operation because they think it is your stuff, they do not care about any customer impact, I think we need to do some cutting on design team if we are not started yet,

1 week per year? Severance page in T-Nation specifies 2 weeks per year up to 26 weeks paid out. Don’t accept anything less.

Layoffs are coming 1 week severance for every year! They can’t keep up with cable companies cutting into the BUISNESS. With a recession going on people are changing servicefor 15 dollars a line. This place is becoming a dead industry . Start looking for something else as November is around the corner
