Sigh - It's been a tough long 12 years. Started literally as a part time 2. Now - I realized how broken the system is.
They don't want leaders here. They want followers. This is what you get when you hire people who are to be order takers rather than building a culture on promoting - and celebrating people's success and ideas. You speak up - and want to change things you get the boot to your throat.
It's literally turned into other bad companies where mid level management wants to steal your ideas and sit there doing nothing. It's even worse for minorities that this happens to. I'm so tired of the TFB bs.
You think it's bad? When you have leaders literally handing out 500K-1M in compensation because they refuse to provide equity of opportunity. It's complete garbage. They've been there a long time - but we should all have the opportunity to feed our families and a healthy work life balance. I'm in 2nd round interviews with another company because Callie Field refuses to address the BS with the inequities in TFB - Especially in Enterprise, Strategic, Government.
I believed that they would have equity of opportunity based on real network opportunity, territories, and account decks. All you've done is completely ignore this and in the process hurt minorities Callie. Where is YOUR leadership?
You've hurt minorities that are coming up the ranks because your older employees tended to be white men - and you've allowed them to consolidate account decks.
Not only that - I'm under paid by a long shot compared to my peers and people coming in from the outside. They say there's "Nothing they can do" yet I'm a top 20 performer in the nation.
Should have left years ago but it's a lesson learned.
