Has anyone heard what are the separation/layoff package specifics?

Option to take unused vacation days, prorated EB, 2 weeks pay for each completed year of service, RSG early vesting for current year only , any thing else offered is worth less, specially job placement thru a 3rd part provider.

What does layoff mean?
The standard is typically a couple weeks to transfer work, a couple months to look for an internal job and then a couple months severance if you don’t find one. Then there is some extra money and insurance if you sign all the documents. Some people get close to 6 months pay if they’re old timers… rumors of more. It’s based on service years. Intel doesn’t do pink slip, walk you out the door layoffs.

The very best part of the package is not having to work at intel.
