It looks like everyone who has Medical and Dental insurance is getting a pay cut as it came out today that our health insurance costs are going up next year. One would think they they would have at least increased the amount they cover on our health plans to offset the lack of wage growth vs inflation. I guess not.

They giveth 5% and taketh 20% gotta love corporate America
so you literally work in the health insurance industry, yet are surprised rates are going up? the days of us getting special breaks for that are long past; it’s one of the things the company has gotten way too big to do anymore.
They sure did take back that 5 %raise. SMH
