This will drive the amount of HC each org needs to cut. Some will cut as little as 3-4% others as deep as 20-25%. Each org is tasked to determine their own number of headcount based on their budget. Pat won’t tell orgs how many employees to cut or keep as long as they can meet the budget allocated to them.

There are 142k BB employees a 10% cut would be 14k staff layoff. My guess is 20k for the chop
