Hedis nurses getting phased out

Looks like Corp is taking over hedis from the plans. They hired temps to do the chart over reads in 2023. That's always been done by the nurses at the plans. Also heard that the work normally done by Change is going to be handled by the plans... ?

Plan "leaders" are staying tight lipped which isn't helping morale

Hedis is going to be a bigger mess than usual. They're setting us up to fail. Get your resumes out asap!

To be fairly blunt - there are lots of roles in local markets that need to be centralized back to a shared services model. I would expect this to be a push from a Medicare perspective first. I remember a year or two back they conducted a local market staffing survey to determine which market roles were care vs caid.
