It started under CRB, it's called "Pump and Dump."
Why are they still hiring? Because, they think, " New Blood," is best..lolol Wait until line yield tanks..Then they will say, "We need more diversity," that will solve these problems...And it will continue...

This happened in a different company- Intern was shocked when his manager was laid off and walked away on that day. A company has to decide if this is the impression they want to give to new graduates and Interns.
They seem to be hiring NCGs and interns mostly. No experienced positions.
