I’m a little surprised to not to see anything about nepotism. I was really surprised when I started at Refinitiv in the US how many relatives of fellow employees worked within the company and reported within the same organization. On one call with a service rep her mom was on it. She said hi mom. How strange. Not surprisingly when we were laid off when our office was moved to India, All the employees in the families managed to not get laid off.
