Thread regarding Schlumberger Ltd. layoffs

Law number 5 OKC

Let’s start here: “Reputation is the cornerstone of power: through reputation alone you can intimidate and win; once it slips however you are vulnerable and will be attacked on all sides. Make your reputation unassailable. Always be alert to potential attacks and thwart them before they happen. Meanwhile learn to destroy your enemies by opening holes in their own reputations. Then stand aside and let public opinion hang them.”

truth:
First and foremost, truth is an absolute defense to a defamation lawsuit. If the statement that is the subject of the suit is true, and you can prove it, your attorney can move to have the plaintiff's claim dismissed. No one is punished for speaking the truth, even if it is an ugly truth. -Google statement

Truth: SLB’s workflow process enables loopholes that coherently restrict the requisitioners progress for sole liability. The reason for this workflow process is to engage in gatekeeping practices that are systematically aligned all up and down the chain of command. Just as this OP starting a post and then creating this thread. Like an email chain. Only, on this type of platform does the OP get priority (unless it is reported of course and gets taken down for some unjust reason)
The work flow process for A/R procurement is obviously accountable when it comes to tangible AFE’s. When a workflow follow up is required, it has an attached monetary value to it. You abide by it, ask questions; comply; respond; resolve and finally close it out. This is the process of elimination. Why? Sarbanes Oxley. That’s why. Anyone older than 40 would remember Enron all over the news. Everyone recalls the hysteria of investors losing millions and millions. This case was the foundation and I happen to know very much about it. One thing is certain, the level of deception and gaslighting that occurred and observed; are the two leading red flags for theft. Especially when workflow processes (such as SLB’s) are indeed quite extensive. Sometimes employees aren’t even aware of their ability to access certain areas and take screen shots to send to someone else unknowingly why. There is nothing wrong with protecting yourself and that is why you do everything you can to save your behind.
