A few things I learned after the forum:
- Management is way out of touch with reality. Record high inflation, attrition, but no bonuses? We are Imperial Oil so we won't follow the same pay bonus as Exxon but will literally do everything else like them?
- MC obviously asking questions thoroughly screened, even then, no real answers given by any members.
- More layoffs will follow. Again, confirmed BTC targets have not been met. Targeting Upstream Technical Groups to meet the quota. Bleeding hasn't and will not stop.
- Ranking performance system... here to stay.
Summary - We are all screwed ;)
