The good? Retiring and taking a lump sum. The bad? Jim Farley. The Ugly? Doug Field.
I expect that our fine management would eliminate the top rated by peers performers in order to avoid giving them larger "merits" and costing more over time. Along with that they would promote the bottom of the barrel knowing that A) they'd be easy to cull if politically expedient and B) that "A" class players surround themselves with other "A" players, but "B" players surround themselves with "C" players. Easy way to eliminate future threats to power passively.
You lost me at pulse surveys.. what a crock they are! Mgt just spins what they want from it and nothing ever changes. Wasted project for the company.
Doesnt it even matter with the events happened this year.
