Im work burlington MA, last 2 years no work now, they said there is a reorg and they will be moving me to some new groups within aetna, is it safe?

my boss said we have time till dec, either look around or stay on so they can put us in different groups..Till then he said take time off and relax! so nice of him
theyll move you to different group where there is work, UI or backend or Fullstack?
