Big deal, there are plenty of yes men waiting in the wings to be fired. Can anyone say “Next crook up please”

CIO is most definitely a yes man.

Co-worker discovered one of the automation projects in provisioning was literally hiring several dozen offshore workers to enter text manually.

And yes, the only project we completed was the Conway DC move and that was because we had no choice since Axciom was terminating our lease.

when you pull back this curtain you are only going to see the rats scurry.

What mess are you talking about? Like how all the AI / Automation / and internally built cr-p is just that... cr-p. IT talks about all the projects in place to make things "WOW" but, they can't even handle a simple deployment let alone a large project.

My guess is we are breaking up the gunderman monopoly. My bet is some kind of a combination sale to private equity with win/unit.

Also regarding IT, either TT and friends don't care or the CIO is just a yes man? When they pull back the curtin they will see the truth.

They also have an image issue with hiring. It's just another team with a revolving door. The people that have come in didn't realize what a mess things were.

CIO should be next up. TT protects him though. All of these outages are just swept under the rug and the channels that are impacted down stream take the brunt of it. No accountability for IT.

It has been years since anyone has been able to point to anything Gunderman did. The theory was he was kept around because his brother was in charge of Uniti. DS has been doing the CFO job for years now.

CIO needs to go next. IT is a complete mess and is struggling to provide basic support to the rest of the business. Lots of crowing about projects that either don't actually do anything or don't work as advertised.

Grifterman finally got the axe. Who will be next? CIO would be a great pick, IT is falling apart, nothing works anymore.

Yeah lots of requests from Elliot that are accelerating. I think they are smelling a rat in the projections they were given.

I guess this is the chapter in the story where Elliot asked to get the books ans sale in order or you are gone. 1 down and many more to go.

My guess is the big shake up is coming after Jan 1st.

Yes Gunderman let go. Staying on through Nov then a golden parachute. Drew Smith is replacing him.
