Who are you Ford Next? Which troll for Franck Louis Victor? Everyone research what he did at Renault, you guessed it NOTHING. Google search Ford Next LLC. The AV LLC went nowhere, Hackett and Farley booted Scott Griffith and Sherif Marakby. Take a look in the mirror, you're next to get on the chopping block. More layoffs are coming, Farley will do whatever it takes to save his own a-s. Be warned.
Ford is not, and never will be Tesla. Focus on what you did well in the past and do it well now! Quit trying to copy-cat what you think is the "next big thing!"

Doug Field can seamlessly fit into the number 1 leadership position at Ford if asked to. He has the right skill set to keep the company on the path of the major transformation that is underway.
I am fond of the current leadership team and proud of the job they are doing. But I would not stand in the way if there was a change at the top.
Actually the smart ones are leaving Tesla laughing all the way to the bank, but you don't want the ones Apple let's go.
The good news is that our “executive “ list is down from 102 to 93, about a 10% reduction which is probably a savings of at least $20 million annually. But any if you hoping they terminate Farley, Jim Baumbick, Ken Musgrave, Franck Louis Victor, Mark Truby and/or Mike Amend, don’t think you will be promoted into their level. Bill will hire more of their type from the people that Apple and Tesla didn’t want. And we still have too many useless people named Ford on the list.
Along with Farley's termination add Jim Baumbick, Ken Musgrave, Franck Louis Victor, Mark Truby, Mike Amend, the list goes on and on and on. All incompetent, all useless. Bill, Board of Directors, do your jobs - terminate these id--ts before it's too late.
According to Google, the average time for a CEO in a Fortune 500 Company is 4.9 years. JF has been CEO for 2.....
