What are they offering in severance packages?

Back in 2016 those who got laid off by ACT got pretty generous severance packages and buyouts not to mention early retirement options. Are they offering anything similar this time?

They have to cut, so they make go with an ERP and VSP in addition to an ISP — no one knows yet. I’d be interested to see what most people think will happen. They may want to keep control with an ISP-only strategy where you don’t get any way to volunteer to exit (and get the $$$).
