The great thing about Dandelion is the candidates work for other companies not DXC. The bad thing about Dandelion is that its purely about $$. Here in Australia, the program is well received, but hasn't generated more business, just the margin as per any staff augmentation. The team have also got a Vetran's program. There is no altruism in DXC actions - just $$. Typical DXC, exploit the disadvantaged including the staff.

Good on paper and viable as a good programme to sell off to raise money for Mcshouty's new mansion and yacht but in practice B.S why would any talented disabled person with condition autism come to work at dead end place like DXC with no long term training, pay rises, promotion and even if they did show any skill - likely to get bullied out of the company by jealous co-workers and their associated Yes - stab you in the back managers.

Keep away from this dive of a deadpool company

for once this is one of the very very few good things DXC is doing
https://dxc.com/us/en/about-us/newsroom/press-releases/10122022
but it wasn't created by DXC, already existed at the time of the merger, just - for once - it was something not subsequently wrecked by Mikey1 or Mikey2 post merger
