One of the most frequent survey complaints is the outdated technology. Mgmt's new collected response: "yeah we hear you, but we're too inept and cheap, so you'll just have to keep on using it for the foreseeable future". Hope they're paying close attention to Southwest Airlines, who also has outdated technology.
It's like "family" here....dysfunctional family members....
Lol, comp sucks, benefits are adequate. Try looking other places. It's much better elsewhere. Get out of MetLife while you can. You will be better off for sure.
On the HR Town Hall this week the head of benefits said (direct quotes):
"Our compensation and benefit programs are very strong."
"When you think about benefits, our programs are so good it's like 'What have you done for me lately?'"
This was 10-15 minutes after sharing MyVoice scores that compensation and benefits are the lowest scores in HR.
So no. They don't listen and things won't change.
They may actually read every single comment and that's where it ends. I mean, what else would they do all day? They take no responsibility for implementing corrective action. It's all up to employees to fix, but we didn't cause the dumpster fire.
"We read each and every comment."
It's a farce!
They don't cate about "Your Voice".
Best way to make your voice heard is to leave this dumpster fire.
