Term OPTs last day 11/30 in NoCal

Back in mid September, term only yards in NoCal were shut down with two weeks notice. Now, on 11/30 some terms from permanent OPT yards in NoCal were let go according to last in, first out. Since the beginning of Summer, there was virtually no overtime other than emergency call out repair, and limited fiber cable reels...it was a matter of time to eliminate jobs in construction. Easiest to get rid of Terms first in term only yards and now in permanent yards that hired Terms in late 2020, early 2021 to expand Fiber footprint. As they used to say, "Don't work so fast that you work yourself out of a job."
