Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Finding a job matching current pay

I still haven't managed to find a new job that will match my current pay. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate at all whether to leave this place or not. I remember that a colleague once asked a new employer to match his salary and he was actually offered more. But later they got rid of him when they found his replacement for less. It seems that there are not many people who actually got higher pay in new companies? Or am I wrong?

happy for you, hope the new job is from TMUS competitor, we won't stop beating T-Mobile.

It took 10 full weeks, but I did land a job that pays me $29k (annually) more than my TMO salary. It does not offer benefits, but I can buy it for myself at very close to what was being deducted from my paychecks, and with the raise, it’s still a win for me.

Looks like the TMO troll is back. Are you saying people need to get back to work on Saturday. Put your name and phone number. Would love to have a chat.
