Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

We all want Avaya to survive !

Here is a really great idea that builds on the last ridiculous post:

Let's get our CEO to speak to various teams and individuals around the globe from all the business units where he asks for complete unfiltered honesty about the challenges Avaya is facing. Just the CEO, no ASL's, no VP's, no Sales Directors just him and an HR representative. This would give him the real Avaya and show him the massive base of passionate people that have been held back for years by bullies and empire builders. Clearly these posts are monitored by senior folks in Avaya so I look forward to them making this happen and myself and my peers recieving invites to meet with AM in the coming days.....

This is the deal. Everyone is on full PTSD (except of course the happy smiling people who don't have any real work to do).

We are not looking for a positive mental attitude camp. We are fed up that a select few can spend all day acting like they spread cheer, when they are in fact just clueless.

Avaya needs REAL talent. Not talentless positive thinkers. You REMOVE those employees, and the rest of us suddenly have better attitudes.
