First off, people seem to blame the insurance company instead of understanding the their coverages. People get mad at claims because they don’t like the process. Well tough! There will always be someone who wants things their way, make demands and threaten to sue. Read your policy people and stop blaming other people for your lack of knowledge on YOUR auto policy.
I would like to know more about this claim and why it was denied. Ten bucks says he didn't have the right coverage. This story is just another reason why I am so glad I left this company and personal claims.

Aggressively denying claims in a g-n happy country ... what could possibly go wrong?
Seriously, you’re going to somehow blame Allstate claims for this? Some of you seem to be as delusional as the shooter.
The sh-t show in claims has been around for years and has nothing to do with layoffs. It is the embarrassment of the insurance industry. After reading all of the posts on this site, it is clear our claims are bad because of the losers we have handling them. A bunch of whining babies. If it is so bad here, leave and get a different job. I’m sure most of you will never be happy- it’s a shame
Is the previous post asking if Wilson cares about inflation about layoffs? No. The reason it’s relevant is as the company lays off and offshores claims to Pune abd vendors customer frustration is becoming worse and the sh-t show claims has become DUE to layoffs may have contributed to this result. But thanks so much for your helpful moderation.
I hope the Allstate employee hires a good lawyer and they sue the living sn-t out Allstate.
Work conditions, generally, are on-topic.
I dont see this being layoff related
