This is a complete mess. It's not that there hasn't been a clear writing on the wall for a long time that almost everyone should have a plan B and look for new opportunities, but I didn't manage to get a better offer. That's why I'm more anxious now than ever about losing this job. Does anyone know what the most vulnerable job roles are?

FYI - Pretty sure yours is at the very top of the list.
Deport all the millions of high paid work visa employees and American workforce will flourish
Not to beat the same drum again, but even through all of the layoffs this year Oracle continues to hire and rehire Indians, some green card holders and others H1B, while it keeps dumping US citizens at the same time.
Found out earlier this year that a former manager of mine (of Indian decent but a US citizen), who was an absolute jerk manager when I reported to him, was rehired after having been RIF'd 3 years ago. He was rehired at a significantly higher M-level (from M2 to Sr. Director!). And this guy then immediately rehired many of the same Indian-decent guys who had been RIFd on his team years ago. Many were rehired at much higher IC levels (Principal to Master Principal SC, for example).
This is the kind of BS that makes my blood boil, and it makes me glad that I left Oracle. This stuff is so obviously racist, but as long as the racism is exhibited only by Indian-decent managers rather than by Whites, Oracle has no problem with it. Don't be surprised if Oracle eventually opens a second HQ in Bangalore.
“ When the s**t will hit the fan hard, difficult decision will have to be made and I fear for Rob's entire org.
This mass layoff may also include Moat - which just escaped Rob's grasp - and signaled every man for himself. Stevan probably hammered the final nail in Rob's coffin of ineptitude and disappointment.”
How RT, MS, SV, DW etc continue to have jobs after such blatant mismanagement while 100s get laid off speaks loudly about the direction of ACX. The solutions were right in front of them but now it’s too late. Sinking ship.
I'm worried for anyone under Rob Tarkoff because that man failed to integrate those start-ups Larry paid top dollar for. When the s**t will hit the fan hard, difficult decision will have to be made and I fear for Rob's entire org.

Has NetSuite been hit with any layoffs?
What management was let go? What Org?
2 managers in my org were laid off this week
All except the management and their kids/spouse/relatives should worry.
Anything/anyone not connected with generating serious revenue is on the brink.
HR/recruitment, Business analysts, Program managers, manual testers
Not everyone needs to worry, just individual contributors who actually do the work at Oracle!
