Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

I know there was a dept that started at WNS this week. Could you post what it has been like?

I'm making the move in a couple months and any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

The goons at the top that make these ridiculous and thoughtless decisions are truly clueless and simple. They see a few figures with some dollar signs and rush into total chaos. This company is ran by short sighted not smart self indulgent narrow minded egomaniacs who have zero clue of the workings of this company in any fashion. Like 95% of the other terrible initiatives they have rolled out it will again bite them in the a-s. But of course they will not try to right the ship and reverse course because then they would have to admit they are wrong again. And who once again suffers? The customers and employees.

I am not with WNS but hearing that there are huge compatibility issues between our systems and theirs. We may have to issue all their Allstate facing employees laptops.

I'm trying to imagine tech and systems so horrible they would stand out for someone used to Allstate's...

...The horror!

Just moved, their tech and systems are horrendous, definitely not confident working with them.
